After not visiting for 8 years due to being out of the country, the handy plaice was on my list of places to visit. I remember eating here 25+years ago in my childhood and it being absolutely delicious. It still stands up today. Top notch fish and chips. Amazingly good food. Eat here now.

I have been exploring the fish and chip shops in my local area for quite a few weeks now - every Friday I have 5-7 hungry builders to feed. This fish and chip shop is first class - the best in the area. My builders commented on how nice the chips were straight away. The portions are generous. The staff are helpful- cooking to individual requirements. Can't fault them!
